Based in Toronto (Canada) since 1995

For me, the main driving force has always been curiosity and a strong desire to see beyond surface appearances, to find explanations that are logical and consistent with the knowledge I have, without stretching facts just to make them look believable.

My curiosity, together with my creative nature, encourages me to experiment with different ideas, concepts, and techniques. This approach has helped me develop my own original style in art and literature, supported by my philosophical paradigm and personal worldview.

It has also helped me find my unique voice in art and writing, even though I do not have formal training in these fields. I have an Engineering degree in Electronics and a Master degree in Computer Science, with decades of work in these areas. This background taught me to analyze problems at their root and find practical solutions. It is very different from the mindset of people with a liberal arts education.

Of course, the lack of formal training in art and literature has its disadvantages, even though I try to compensate through intensive self education. At the same time, it gives me a huge advantage, because I am free from the rules and doctrines that formal education often imposes on creative people. The freedom to play with paint and words and to break molds is the natural path for art and literature in the new age of AI, when everything created according to rules becomes faceless and gets lost among countless similar works.

Speaking about my personal achievements in art, literature and philosophy, I would highlight the following.

1. Development of the philosophical doctrine of Xitonia, also called The Theory of Transformative Magic. It provides a scientific foundation for a new way of interacting with the surrounding world and unlocking our inner intellectual reserves. Alongside this philosophical system, I played an important role in creating the Xitonia fitness system and developing psychological practices aimed at strengthening health and extending lifespan.

2. Writing the novel Casa Iguana, in addition to numerous short stories published on various online platforms. The novel is available on major marketplaces such as Amazon, Kobo and Barnes & Nobles. It is the first book in a series I call Invisible Tragedies. Several more novels are currently in progress.

3. My work as an artist, continuously creating new paintings and experimenting with different styles for each series. In the 1980s and 1990s, I had several personal exhibitions in Riga (Latvia) and in Moscow (Russia), with more than thirty paintings sold at that time. My works are now in private collections in the United Kingdom, the United States, Ukraine, Russia, Latvia, Germany, and Canada. In 2025, after fully dedicating my time to art and literature, I participated in two exhibitions at Mill Pond Gallery (Richmond Hill, Canada), one group exhibition and one solo show.

4. Exploration and research. My curiosity has also led me to exploration. I am passionate about history and the hidden traces of civilizations that existed long before us, as well as the knowledge they possessed. I am equally fascinated by the invisible worlds that surround us and their inhabitants. My travels often turn into exploration expeditions that take me to remote places, where one can see traces that modern science has yet to explain. I have written two books based on my discoveries titled The Empty Nest of the Feathered Serpent and The Night in the Coral Castle. I am currently revising them for second editions, alongside two new books inspired by my ongoing explorations.

5. Photography is another of my passions. I have been fascinated by it since the 1970s and have developed strong skills that make my work stand out. For example, my photos on the popular platform Unsplash have each received more than ten million views.

All my interests, including writing, painting, photography, and the study of unexplained phenomena, interact and influence each other, helping me create my own universe, which I invite everyone to explore. My creative process is always evolving, so you can expect new works and new ideas from me in the future.
