XITONIA
Vladimir Riabinin, is the author of the philosophical doctrine Xitonia, also known as the Theory of Transformative Magic.

This doctrine is based on the idea of a conscious Universe and the view that our world is a global, interwoven network connecting all species at the level of consciousness. All processes of intelligent activity occur within energy fields of an unknown nature, generated by material objects exhibiting energetic activity. In humans, the main generator of such fields is the brain. These overlapping energy fields create a global network that stores an enormous amount of information and enables communication between its elements. This approach helps to explain many phenomena where conventional science has so far failed.

The doctrine emerged from the search for methods to reprogram the human subconscious in order to restore biochemical balance in the body, strengthen the immune system, and promote longevity. As a result of this research, a set of psychological practices and exercises was developed to reset one’s mental state, focus on what truly matters, and program the brain to support physical healing. Exploring various techniques eventually led to the realization that the most effective methods resemble those used by shamans—hence the name Transformative Magic.

In addition to the psychological practices, Vladimir and his wife, Helen Riabinin, created a new fitness system called Xitonia, inspired by shamanic dances. In this system, all exercises are performed in specific rhythms that help induce a trance-like state, reset the mind, and tune into a dialogue with the conscious Universe to reprogram the subconscious.

You can learn about the basic principles of this philosophical doctrine, along with the arguments that led to its development, in the non-fiction book Xitonia: The Fundamentals of Transformative Magic.

You can also explore the Xitonia fitness system and its associated psychological practices by visiting the XITONIA website, which is fully dedicated to the doctrine’s anti-aging approach.
